Swim Golden Bear is a fall program that follows inspiration from Head Coach of the Golden Bears and swimming revolutionary, Teri McKeever. McKeever has coached numerous Olympians through her time and is known for her innovative way of training. At Swim Golden Bear we seek to share some of the methods of racing and training that have made Teri and her Bears so successful.
